WU-63x100-J Threaded Filter Element Oil Suction Filter

The WU-63x100-J tank suction filter is a filter designed for the suction side of hydraulic systems. Typically installed below the tank level, it effectively removes solid particles and colloidal impurities from hydraulic media such as mineral oil, emulsions, and water-glycol. This effectively controls contamination of the working medium and prevents contaminants from entering critical actuators such as hydraulic pumps, ensuring safe and stable system operation. It operates in a temperature range of -30°C to +110°C and is compatible with a variety of hydraulic media, including phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.

The filter element features a threaded connection and supports online replacement, facilitating maintenance operations, helping to reduce downtime and improve system availability. The filter material, made of braided stainless steel mesh, offers excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term reliable operation under challenging operating conditions. Filter fineness can be selected from 80 to 180 μm, depending on actual requirements. The "I" designation in the model number indicates that the filter element features a built-in bypass valve, which automatically opens in the event of excessive inlet/outlet pressure differential, preventing oil supply interruptions and ensuring continuous and stable oil flow.
